Do you give warranty with your repairs?

YES. All repairs carried out at Infinite Phone Repairs come with 88 days warranty. The warranty applies to the repair part that was fixed by us and will be honored in the event that the part is or becomes faulty. Please provide your receipt when making a warranty claim. Unfortunately warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage or attempted modifications.

What is your return and refund policy?

At Infinite Phone Repairs we will offer you a refund if after the repair is done, same issue appears and we would not be able to fix it.   In regards to change of mind returns, with providing your receipt invoice with the purchase's original sealed packaging, Infinite Phone Repairs will be able to offer you exchange.

At Infinite Phone Repairs we offer you a range of convenient payment options: Cash payment, Master card and Visa

What is your average repairs time frame?

The average timeframe for mobile phone repairs is between 8 to 18 minutes. If you require a special part to be ordered in for your device, the turnaround time from arrival of that part to the actual repair can becomes up to three business days. Nevertheless, we will have your device looking brand new once we're done with it!

How much does it cost for a repair quotation?

At Infinite Phone Repairs quotations are free of charge if the repair can be done by our technician. Bring your device in-store and we'll have one of our experienced technicians assess the damage and quote you on the repair cost. 

Do you provide tax invoices with your products and services?

Yes we are able to provide you with a Tax Invoice for your purchase/repair upon request.
